A great company to deal with and top notch products.

Purchased 2x metal lamps. Bulb needed for them was a small screw in. The design of the metal shades means that next to no light escapes from the lamps. I explained to AA that this, in my view, made them not Fit for Purpose and covered by Distance Selling Rules (was an online purchase). However they have refused to cover return postage. The returns postage is tricky and doesnt let you complete the process unless you attach an image. If the box is already sealed back up (as in my case) this causes a hassle.

I have become a little bit addictive to buying my homewares from here.

I still can’t get over how real the flowers look. Especially the roses. All my guests keep thinking it’s real flowers.

Good delivery experience. Lamp looks nice. Feels a bit cheaper than it looked online though. Also - partly my fault for not spotting it said this online - the switch is on the bottom and picking the whole lamp up to turn it on and off is a bit rubbish.

Fabulous cushions that ooze quality, and big enough to be used as floor cushion.

I’ve had 2 recent purchases: flowers (not real!) and the wonderful new edition of the woman, cross legged and with her arms up. (Ive forgotten her name!)
Both items were delivered within a couple of days and in good condition because they were wrapped with care.
I’ve had lots of lovely things from Abigail and they have all been as shown on her site.
Can’t praise her or her items enough.

Really easy to order lovely products with a fast turn round.

I purchased the Melbourne Ceramic Lamp but it was faulty. The bulb fitting was not straight which meant the shade did not stand straight. I am in the process of returning x

Well packaged and arrived on time. Everything was lovely and as expected apart from eucalyptus plant which is not as lifelike as I was expecting from this company, very plastic

I bought a table which was poor quality. I returned the item and received an email confirming their receipt of the returned item.
I am still waiting for a refund !!
