After a few months I lost part of one of the earrings that I got as a gift from my best friend. I knew she bought them at 'a beautiful story' so I contacted them myself. Amber from customer service was very friendly and she arranged that I was send a new set of earrings even before I returned the old ones. Amazing service!
And by the way: I love the earrings!!
I ordered jewelry and they are absolutely gorgeous! The delivery was very fast, everything was beautifully packaged – just perfect!
I like the design of the jewelry. But the Colour of the Earrings doesn’t look like the colour on the website at all and there’s no possibilty to change the earrings for a more intense colour.
I wanted to purchase a gift voucher for a colleague. When I went to enter my address details I received an error message and couldn't proceed with the purchase, so I emailed customer services. They got back to me with a screenshot of how to enter my address...which contained the same error message. When I tried to enter my address in this format I of course also got the same error.
When I got back to customer services to explain this, their response was, verbatim:
"Our webshop coordinator looked at the address details herself and informed me this was the way to enter your details. Even though she got the error message herself. This is why we advise you to enter your address details like this.
Have fun shopping with us."
If it weren't so annoying it would actually be quite funny that this company's website coordinator and customer service agents do not know how basic web forms work and don't seem to want to provide any kind of solution that allows customers to actually purchase from them. Mega fail.
We ordered a present on the website. We never received the package. The operators of the web shop said that it was delivered to our address. We verified everything and got in touch with DPD - DPD customer support told us that it's possible that the package did not arrive at the destination due to mistakes and that the sender needs to file a complaint.
We asked the sender to file the complaint.
A beautiful story had no intention of helping us and said that it's our mistake and that nothing could be done.
