Onze missie is om vrouwen aan de juiste sport bh te krijgen. Meer dan de helft van de Nederlandse vrouwen doet aan sport en nog maar één op de vier gunt zichzelf het plezier en gemak van een professionele sport bh. Tijdens het sporten worden je borsten behoorlijk in beweging gebracht en ze kunnen die klappen niet opvangen. Het bindweefsel rekt uit en raakt beschadigd, met als gevolg dat je borsten gaan hangen en er zelfs littekenweefsel (striae) gevormd kan worden. De schade is onherstelbaar en daar komt nog bij dat stuiterende borsten ronduit vervelend en zelfs pijnlijk kunnen zijn. Daarom hebben alle borsten tijdens het sporten goede ondersteuning nodig en maken dat je je op je sport kan concentreren in plaats van op je borsten, in de wetenschap dat ze goed beschermd zijn.

Postal service cost for returns despite website explicitly saying no charge

They charge postal service cost when returning goods, despite the website explicitly saying they don't. When questioning this they will no longer respond to emails.

Edit after reaction of BHsupport:
Initially klantenservice did reply to my emails. I had not received my money back after return, this was quickly fixed after emailing. I noticed that 5.95 was deducted from the price of the items, I asked why. I also received an answer from klantenservice. I then replied that this was in contradiction to what is on the website. I was ignored. I emailed again, saying that maybe my email was missed, still no answer. I send another email, still ignored. I wanted to place a review, I chose the option for private...still no response. Then I placed the review.
Unfortunately I do not have the option to add a picture, but this comes from your website and i quote:
Als je geen verzendkosten hebt betaald voor het opsturen van je bestelling, is terugbetaling van verzendkosten niet van toepassing. in deze situatie betalen we alleen het bedrag van de geretourneerde producten terug.
Als je de hele bestelling binnen de gestelde termijn retourneert, krijg je de verzendkosten die je betaald hebt volledig terug. Dit betekent dat je niet alleen het volledige bedrag van de producten terugkrijgt, maar ook de kosten voor de verzending naar jou.

So, not returning the full price of the goods, but substracting 5.95 for post is in contradiction with the policy as stated on the website.

Bij de aankoop van uw bestelling nemen wij de verzendkosten voor onze rekening wanneer het bestelbedrag boven €65,- uitkomt. Wanneer door het retourneren van (een deel van) de bestelling het totaalbedrag onder deze grens komt, worden de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten conform onze voorwaarden verrekend met het terug te betalen bedrag. Dit is ook zo vermeld op onze website.

Wij brengen geen extra kosten in rekening voor het retourneren zelf; het gaat uitsluitend om het vervallen van gratis verzending doordat het orderbedrag na retour onder de drempel is gekomen.

This company is very unfriendly with complaints concerning delivery issues and refunds

This company is very unfriendly with regards to shipment issues that can occur. My shipment was not delivered despite the track&trace. What I got was initially a complete lack of response, then with 2 reminders the response was a simple "we can do nothing about this". The shipment in the end did arrive more than 1 week later, which happened to be during my holiday. Due to this the refund policy no longer applied (as I no longer wished to use the product with this bad customer support), which made BH support just reply that they cannot provide a refund, full stop. Making the client therefore completely reliable for issues with shipments, which is not fair at all. I will never shop with this company again due to their inflexibility and unfriendliness

Dank voor je feedback. We vinden het jammer dat je onze service zo hebt ervaren en lichten de situatie graag toe.

- Je bestelling is geplaatst op zondagavond 13 juli 2025 om 19:29 uur.

- Op de productpagina en in de bevestigingsmail stond duidelijk vermeld: “Levertijd circa 5–7 werkdagen.”

- De bestelling is al 16 juli verzonden – dus eerder dan de aangegeven levertijd.

- Op 17 juli om 12:54 uur is het pakket door de vervoerder bezorgd.

- Op 26 augustus 2025, ruim een maand later en na je vakantie, ontvingen wij pas bericht dat je de producten wilde retourneren.

Omdat de wettelijke retourtermijn toen ruimschoots was verstreken, konden wij hier helaas geen terugbetaling meer op doen.

Ter aanvulling: op 26 augustus hebben wij je dezelfde dag nog uitgelegd dat wij begrip hebben voor je situatie, maar dat de retourtermijn van 14 dagen inmiddels verstreken was.

No complaints. Well done

I bought a couple of bra's and they arrived within the time that was written in the products.
One of them didn't fit well and I sent ik back. I got my money back as was written about returns as well.

I will definitely keep buying underwear at this shop.

Good service and products.

Got what I ordered, fast and in excellent condition. I already knew the brand and size of the bras I wanted so no need to return anything. On second order one of the bras was not in stock and they called me about that, if I maybe wanted another colour, for example the newest one that isn't even online yet. That is caring for your costumers and company.

returned my order but money is no where to be seen , no refund 1.5 months later

returned my order , receive a mail 40 days ago saying my money will be refunded in 14 days . They are not honest and not responding and not picking up the phone , it immediately goes to busy signal . When I look online the company is in a house , and I see that BNN Vara has done a piece on them in 2018 and again in 2019 . They used to be called kiesdejuistesportbh.nl and I am sure if you look at reviews for them they also had 67% bad reviews , and the person running this company will probably just change the name again and again once too many bad reviews are listed . Sad but a good lesson learned to always read trust pilot
