A few days after placing the order, I received an email stating that the item ordered is out of stock and whether I would accept a substitute. If the item was out of stock, the order should not have been accepted inthe first place.
Edit: Based on a satisfactory response from the Company, the rating is amended to 4-stars.

Experience would be better if stock was kept up to date and customer service took this into consideration.

Even after five days, medicine is not dispatched.

Medicines delivered in a weeks time. Very good. Could have been better if they sent me the mail tracking number.

I did found out most of the medicines i need. some of the items are not seen as per my requirement like 4gm.
And i have ordered Apr16 from Richmon,VA and then shipped on Apr21 and expected of arrival is Apr29th

I tested 11 online sites to determine which I would be using to make my large orders of refill remedies I was short on supply, as well as Covid remedies I determined after a long search via the materia medica. I needed some shipped to me, others out of state. ABC and Washington came out on top and I was able to fill all of my orders. Washington's site was challenging but I spoke to them frequently about fulfilling my ABC orders in which I received service above and beyond. The ABC site was problematic in the confusion over lists of 3 distributors, which left me unsure what to select. I mistakenly selected one that turned all of my pill vials into Boiron pellets which is impossible for me to use due to arthritis. The site also spontaenously deleted duplicate orders, when I needed the duplicates. Advice is to make the order process user friendly for older folks, also provide a phone number! Other than that due to the exceptional service at Washington I am very satisfied.

After more than a week of placing my order, I still haven’t received an ETA for shipping or any communication in that regard. My order still hasn’t shippped!

Your website used to be much easier to navigate. This time I had to restart my purchase several times before I was able to complete it. FYI, I was using my smartphone for this purchase.

One of my bottles was not what I ordered. The box was correct, but a different remedy was inside the box. Different DIN number as well.
Contacted the company and a new bottle was sent out immediately
