The kindest customer care team I’ve ever encountered. I am grateful for Koala!

A year and a half ago I got a prescription for my elderly dog, she since has passed away. I have another elderly dog that has kidney disease and I needed to get an anti nausea medication to help her keep her food down . I was told by Koala that they have to have a written script for this so I went to my vet. I got the written script. Meanwhile the medication was in my cart with a 30% off coupon waiting for me to get that script mailed to them. I mailed it to Koala, then they call me and tell me I have already had one of their promotions I don’t qualify, it’s for first time customers customers, I tried to explain to them that it was a year and a half ago and it was for a different dog and that I really needed the break because I have a lot of vet bills They said sorry we can’t help you. Now I don’t have the medication and have to start over. It’s more important for Koala to make money than to help people with their pet needs, I would not suggest this company. It’s all about profit. The customer service team is rude and not empathetic. If they would have told me this in the beginning, it would have saved time and now I’m scrambling to find the medication elsewhere affordable. It’s $16 a pill. Thank you Koala for being such a caring company

I discovered Koala Health after my Vet partnered with them for pharmacy. My older pup, Violet, is newly on expensive heart medication and finding ways to get the best price possible is now a mission. On my initial order with Koala, I received a nice discount for 90 days of chewable tablets. I easily placed the order, and was pleasantly surprised when they called to ensure that I received a full 90 day prescription. They were friendly, knowledgeable and seemingly wanted to help me get the most bang for my buck. The package arrived quickly and when it did, it had a cute little bandana in it with Koala's on it for Violet to support along with a little welcome note. Anyone who has fur babies that treat them like little humans in fur coats knows how much a little card with your pups name on it means! While I am only one prescription in with Koala, my first experience was exceptional.

It was easy to order my dog's flea medication. Shipping was very fast.

I love having an option to buy this product for my two frenchies from Koala Health instead of Amazon and others.

I called after not receiving my 16 year old dog’s meds and it had been over two weeks. The prescription hadn’t been filled and shipped - it had been forgotten. I was promised they were filling the prescription right then and researching the best way to get it to me - it didn’t arrive for another 5 days. My dog’s meds had run out and he was suffering. Had they filled it the day they received the authorization from the vet he wouldn’t have run out. He suffered needlessly because your company wanted to save shipping charges after irresponsibly losing his prescription.

The heartworm medication for my 4 pups arrived quickly and in a sturdy and attractive box. Inside was an envelope with a note to my 4 naming each, my receipt, and the drug information. Four bandannas for each of my pups was also inside. It was like receiving a gift box. I was so impressed, I took the box up to my vet, the Ark of Socorro, so they could see what I received.

I am able to get my dog's medication at a good price and shipped monthly. The time I needed it sooner, the customer service agent was very polite and helpful and it arrived extremely fast. Very happy with this company.

Awesome service

This is the worst company, noticed a pending change on my credit card from this company, called them and tried to cancel the order which I never authorized In the first place, I was told there was nothing they could do, that the order had already shipped and that I was notified. I even asked if I declined the shipment would they refund my card, again I was told Sorry nothing we can do!
