Transformed the rear of our house with some UPVC cladding and although the start of the work was delayed due to weather, when Gary got going the job was completed in less than a week. Great work!

We’re absolutely delighted we chose Abbey Windows to replace our conservatory roof. This is a team that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and delivers exactly what they promise: a high-quality, affordable service, completed ahead of schedule.

The roof was removed and replaced quickly—even in the rain—and communication was good, with each trade contacting us directly to arrange the next stage. A special mention goes to Ben the electrician who truly went above and beyond. We expected it would be busy, we knew we might have to chase every now and again. It's going to be a juggling act with unpredictable weather, wrong materials and a Christmas deadline looming. Even when it didn't always go to plan, everyone was considerate and understanding.

We knew the new roof would improve the room, but the difference has been astonishing. The heat retention is unreal—we’ve actually had to turn the radiator down in the room next door! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Abbey. We had new windows, back door, cladding, guttering and soffits.
The communication from head office was good, came when they said.
The salesman, who I know has now left, was great and didn’t push at all for a sale. Which is what sold it!
0% interest for a year was also a nice option.
The workers were really polite and worked very quickly and left it very tidy.

He was on site for about 8 weeks because he did ours and our neighbours town houses, so a big job.

I recently had new windows and cladding installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The windows team were absolutely superb professional, tidy and efficient from start to finish.

But I have to give a special mention to Gary, who carried out the cladding work. His craftsmanship is on another level. I was genuinely amazed watching the quality, precision and pride he puts into every detail. It’s rare to see someone so skilled and dedicated to their work truly outstanding.

Neil, the sales consultant, was also brilliant throughout the entire process. He kept in touch from the beginning, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt supported at every stage. Fantastic customer service.

Helpful office staff, impressive installers. Friendly, kind, thorough and really nothing was too much trouble. Completed a new front door, back garage door and windows. The internal finish is all I could ask for and all mess cleared away before they left.
They even stuck some ceramic house numbers on the wall for me!

We had an amazing single story extension built, with lantern skylight and bifolds supplied and fitted beautifully by Abbey Windows. Garry and his team were amazing coordinating the build from start to finish. What I appreciated the most was they were all friendly and efficient. Abbey Windows installation engineer was very professional and dedicated to do a good job , from the point that he came in, i could see that he wanted to achieve the best possible results.

Abbey installed a beautiful conservatory a few years ago but the sensor used to open/close the vents was playing up. Garry Stocker from the service team moved heaven and earth to source a new one and organised the electrician to fit it. Outstanding, committed service! Top marks

Windows and front door replaced 6 years ago, pleased with it all. Had a couple of niggles recently with the front door and a window. The whole process from contacting Louise at Abbey Windows Servicing to Andre the technician coming to fix things was very slick and professional.

We have just had our old conservatory roof replaced and we are so glad we used Abbey Windows. The workmanship was amazing and the whole project run so smoothly from start to finish. Thank you Abbey.

We had a set of high-end French doors installed by Abbey Windows in summer 2024. At the time we were told it was a simple 2 day job, however, a year later, the doors are still not fit for purpose. Despite numerous return visits to reinstall the doors and attempt to fix the problems, after constant chasing on our part, the same serious issues remain — including visible gaps between the seals and frame. These gaps compromise both insulation and overall quality, which left us with a freezing cold kitchen-diner throughout last winter.
In August this year, Abbey advised that the issue might be resolved by replacing the master door sash. However, despite repeated chasing on our part, we still have no confirmed installation date. In fact, we have received no response to our emails over the last three weeks.
We have consistently asked for:
* A clear plan of action and timeline for resolution.
* A contingency plan should the issue turn out to be more serious than just the master door sash.
* Direct dialogue with a senior member of the team who can take responsibility and action to resolve the matter.
Over the past thirteen months, none of these requests have been addressed. The lack of accountability has been deeply frustrating, especially given the significant cost of the installation.
Unless Abbey Windows take immediate and meaningful action, we will have no choice but to update this review with a detailed account of the catalogue of errors we’ve experienced, supported by photographic evidence from the original installation.
We would much prefer to see Abbey resolve this issue properly, but after more than a year of delays and extremely poor communication, our patience is wearing very thin.

Beyond terrible, poor installation, no customer service and unprofessional in every regard.

My experience with Abbey was positive, they helped me through my windows insulation.

We replaced all our upstairs windows and then had our French windows replaced. The Company was great to deal with from Sales through to Back Office - the installers were great and very knowledgeable - thanks to Rob for the last job.
