Stay well clear of this mob, my parcel never got delivered and all they say is ring police, ring Royal Mail. They offer zero help so I'm out of pocket by £110 as they just were not interested. Absolutely terrible company, my advice with my experience is stay well clear.

Tried this company for the first time, wasn't sure as they are in China, but the earphones were almost £100 cheaper than from the manufacturer in the UK so I have it a go. Glad I did because after waiting 2 weeks they arrived brand new and work perfectly! Well definitely give this company a try again when I need something. Thank you!!

Legit site, order was original and got delivered.

Firstly, I was soooo skeptical about ordering from this store, one element being the trust pilot warning and other being it seeming too good to be true.

But I chanced it anyway and honestly, what a great smooth process. Delivery longer than standard as it’s not a UK shipping company, so do expect to wait a little bit for your parcel given they import from overseas.

Contacted the seller through WhatsApp, got a prompt response (I was struggling to find the tracking info on site, but he guided me through it and then it was fine)

Product was genuine and I got exactly what I wanted, perfect service!

Took a little more time than i expected but the seller assured me to hold on since im always in a hurry to get my orders. Not to mention they answered me literally in minutes every time. The package is wonderful was sealed and protected. Works perfectly. Thank you very much A1!! 😁

I purchased the vader 5 pro dragon ball z controller which I received 12 days after ordering. I was sceptical because of some of the reviews but just be patient 👍

This was my 3rd order from A1 and was delivered on time (except for a short delay for Chinese new year, which I was informed about) and was well packaged.

I feel confident in ordering from here, any emails I sent were answered quickly and I've found them pleasent to deal with. Plus the items I've ordered are considerably cheaper than from anywhere else found

My only problem was I was given an incorrect tracking number, but it wasn't an issue as it was easily rectified and I received my product on time.

I'll definitely be buying again from here in the future.

So honest review. I was every skeptical at first. I've seen this site pop up before when I'm looking around for different electronics. The prices always seemed to good to be true cause they were always 15-30% lower than I found at other more reputable sites including the official retailers.

I was looking for a new controller for my Xbox, Specifically the GameSir G7 Pro ZZZ edition. Most sites Including direct from GameSir were about £139 some sites low as £119. I was shocked when I saw it being offered at A1 for £99. Thought it's to good to be true. Looked up reviews on here to find a mixed bag. Some people swearing by them. Some people saying it's a scam. I thought well the good seems to outweigh the bad here so I'll give it a go.

Placed my order and prayed to RNGesus that this wasn't a scam. Now I got confirmation of the order right away. But then nothing for 3-4 days. Though I fully realise as well I placed my order during Chinese New Year so I expected there to be some delays in processing and shipping cause it's a very important time for them.

About day 4-5 I reached out to them on what's app and the got a really fast response to say that there were some delays due to the holidays and to please be patient and wait a few more days for a tracking number. Not a problem, I'll give it a few days I thought.

Few days passed and low and behold I got my tracking information, still felt a bit skeptical, I've been burned with the fake tracking number before. So from the 19th of Feb when I placed the order till today March 4th when I received my item I waited with baited breath.

But as I've now received the product in pristine condition I can say that "From my Experience" this has been worth while despite taking a decent amount of time Chinese New Year aside.

So if you were like me. Skeptical cause its an unheard of company offering lower prices than maybe even the official retailer then I fully understand that hesitation. But I can say now from this experience it was worth it and the product is genuine.

I bought a Digital Camera from London, delivery came within a week. I then changed my mind on the camera. They provided me with their UK return address. Refund was processed almost instantly—really smooth service! Quick replies are best via WhatsApp, best to use WhatsApp rather than email. 👍🏻

I bought the kodak Pixpro fz55. It arrived in 2 weeks. I messaged the seller on WhatsApp and he replied very quickly and told me the tracking number aswell. I’m not sure about all the other negative reviews here about the seller not replying and so on, because my experience was great. And yes it is legit. The prices are great. Thank you !
