I ordered a Redmi watch 6 from A1smartshop but found it did not work in the UK, I tried to contact them for help but never received a reply. There cutermer service is none exsistant.

They should have stated it would not work outside China. Dont waste your time with this company.

Most of your reveiws are fake. The watch does not work in the UK, and I do not run a shop in it either.

So dont waste my time with your lies.

I have just received a reply from A1smartshop, saying I am a liar (which I am not) I alwayways check my junk mail and NEVER received a reply.

I did ask Xiaomi for help and none of their sugestions worked, they said that it was because the watch will only work in China.

A1martshop are not very SMART.

Ordered a pair of rayneo 4 pro vr glasses from Andy and I was a bit worried because the price was way cheaper than all other sites but I didn't need to worry because glasses arrived when they said they would and wrapped up so well it took a while getting it open LOL Andy was also so helpful with any question I had and replied straight away..very helpful and polite..I will be recommending this site to my family and friends and will definitely be doing all my tec buying from Andy in the future

This is a geniune website. It took them 2 weeks to deliver the product I ordered from China, but it was worth it since it was 15% below the cost on the producer's website and Amazon.
I have a comment for the owner:
Please invest a bit more on the the tracking part of your webiste. The only reason that people get angry, is because they cannot find the right information. I suggest these:
- Bring the order delivery details to the top of the page, make it visible and even show it. The only reason people come to the "Order view" is to check the progress of their product. If they cannot find it, they think you didn't send them, while they just cannot find where to look for tracking.
- Fix the name of provider: In my order, it says that it will be delivered by Royal mail, but was delivered by Relay. It's not that I am concerned about the delivery company. It's just that I didn't know where my package is and couldn't track it.
I understand that it is hard when you did "everything right" and you see people are unhappy. It's not you, nor them. It's your IT system.

Andy was very helpful with the whole process, even when my initial package got redirected, he promptly responded and sent it to the right the address. The package was well packed and protected and the customer service was great! I definitely recommend for the good prices and quick customer service.

First time purchase from A1smartshop, I'll admit I was nervous initially. Never heard of the site, and after doing a bit of research read some negative reviews, people claiming to not have received orders and/or refunds, etc.

However, I've been waiting to purchase a G7 Pro Wireless for Xbox controller for a while. I came across this store offering the Wuchang edition for £62.99.

It was a price I couldn't resist, so hedged my bets and placed an order with my credit card, just in case.

I'll just say, considering this has shipped from China, absolutely amazingly quick delivery! Full tracking was available.

I was of course still dubious, will it arrive? Or more importantly, what will?

Well, I'm incredibly happy! It's here! Ordered 10th April and delivered 20th April.

Packaged well enough, box is very lightly marked, but nothing worse than what I've had delivered from local stores or places like Amazon.

With it being from China, obviously it's Chinese writing on the packaging/instructions etc, which is to be expected and honestly adds to the charm.

It's such an amazing feeling controller, buttons, triggers, sticks. Slightly smaller than an Xbox Series controller which fits my hands much better.

Connected to console no issues, charging dock and controller firmware both updated just fine.

All buttons working as expected.

I've wanted a 'pro' controller for a while, having two buttons on the rear and two next to the triggers/shoulder buttons is much my preference and easier to use in my opinion.

My only concern is how I would stand with warranty, being in the UK and the product being intended for China or that region, but hopefully it's not something I'll need anyway.

A slight disappointment is the charging dock, there's a small mark/chip in the paintwork on the edge (see pic), but for the price I'm OK with it, and that is nothing to do with A1.

I will definitely purchase from them again and will take a browse through their store, I might even buy another G7 Pro!

I was struggling to find any sellers in the UK and online who was selling the Oppo Hasselblad teleconverter kit.

Luckily I managed to find A1smartshop who had them in stock.
I was able to contact the shop via WhatsApp beforehand, who was very helpful when answering some queries.

I received my order in just under 2 weeks to the UK, and it arrived very safely and securely packaged. I did not need to pay any other taxes or customs charges, which I was afraid might happen.

I am enjoying using my kit now with my new phone. Furthermore the price was a lot less than other sellers were offering.

Great price but disappointing slow delivery over 10 days

I was first very skeptical as there won’t too many reviews and the price looked too good to be true but nonetheless I took the risk and I ordered it and it came on time as said when ordered the seller was very responsive and answered all my questions when asked and replied really quick and I had all the tracking information and the item came as wanted and was really good quality and was perfect no complaints you should hundred percent buy from here it’s very good .

The owner is a very understanding person and quick at fixing any errors and problems
