I have loved Nine Bars for about 20 years. No more. The old recipes have been cancelled; replaced with complicated flavours. None is nice. All are over sweet. The overriding flavour is sugar and saccharine. Really not nice. There are enough sugary bars on the market. What used to set Nine Bars apart was having healthier components. You have cleverly brought yourself down to the appeal of Kelloggs. Well done.

What makes it worse, is the company refuses to take back an unopened box. Bad recipes. Bad customer service.

Ordered direct on their website, did not receive any confirmation email or dispatch notification, but money had been taken out of my account. Thankfully was signed into their website which gave me the order number.
Emailed their customer service 3 times, no reply. 2 weeks after initial order I phoned them, customer service extension always hangs up. Luckily got through to finance, who directed me to marketing. They explained customer service team wasn't available. Sent me 2 boxes from their office as it seemed original order had been lost/untracked. Received the resent order a week later, total 3 weeks wait time. I'm glad to finally receive the products but I won't be ordering direct from their website in future, best to get from other retailers (Tesco etc.).

Their bars are great, really tasty and very reasonably priced. However, I would strongly suggest shopping for them anywhere else but not from their website.
Bought a tester breakfast bars box that should have contain 16 bars - only 6 were delivered! Emailed customer service and got a reply only when I 'threatened' to cancel the transaction through my CC provider if they won't even acknowledge my email. Was promised in end the 10 missing bars will be shipped out asap - the box was delivered today with only 6 bars. How difficult is to count to 10! They have some serious issues with their sales & distribution centres & at least for know I will definitely won't buy anything from the directly. Very disappointed as I thought I finally found a nice vegan snack brand to count on.
