Deceiving Company. Horrible Experience

I ordered a bear for my 5-year old on February 6. Delivery was "guaranteed" by Valentine's Day, on the company's website. On February 10, I emailed the company about my concerns that the bear had not yet been shipped, to which I received a reply saying that it would be at my house on Valentine's Day as they just shipped it. Well, today IS Valentine's Day. The USPS truck has already left and there is NO bear. My 5 year-old who I promised a "surprise" on Valentine's day is very disappointed. There are so many websites that offer similar products and deliver timely, and I made a mistake to order off 800bear. A very very unprofessional company. They make deceiving promises on their website and fail to fulfill them. I will never be using this website ever again and do not recommend anyone to order anything from them if you don't want to spoil your, or your loved one's, holiday.

Terrible experience.

So i purchased a stuffed toy for my baby girl for Valentines day and paid $9 for guranteed shipping before Valentines day.. and it's currently 2/17/2014 and the item has yet to arrive.

I called customer service last week and went no where because it just hung up on me after staying on hold.. i emailed them twice and finally received a very lazy remark about how it's out their control once it's shipped and they will do a full refund if i refuse you the shipment.. totally nonsense.

Do not buy from them

Order not received as promised!

I ordered a bear and an enclosed card on a Monday prior to Mother's Day which was the following Sunday (May 12th). The Saturday before Mother's Day, my mom received the card but no bear. I contacted the company and they promised to send out another one immediately. A week later she still hadn't received it. I emailed them again yesterday and they said it had just shipped the day before. Yeah Right! Even if she receives it now, Mother's Day was not the same for her.
No offers to make up for their mistake. They could have said "your next order will be free, or discounted" or something. I won't use them again.
