Pro: Made in a sustainable way, waterproof, wide and comfortable without being bulky, good fit

Con: Not breathable at al. I don't have sweaty feet easily, but with these shoes I do.
Not durable at all. They are already worn out after 1 year, so not sustainable after all.. (i only wear them inside, but every workday when it's cold)

I'm completely happy with my purchase: the backpack I got is amazing. Great quality and keeps the promise of being water-repelling. I absolutely love it. Communication with the shop owner was great too. No concerns whatsoever and can highly recommend it.

PROS: Durable material, very spacious without being bulky, sustainably produced and shipped, comfortable and secure fit with the straps.

CONS: Straps are too long. They just are. It would help if there was a pocket or something to tuck the straps in.

SIDENOTE: I'm confused where this company is heading. Their marketing initially worked hard to differentiate hemp from marijuana, but they just launched a new type of shoe called "Weedos" right before 4/20. That decision basically undid all the marketing they did early on, at least for me.

I love this backpack, and I probably have a dozen of them from other companies in my closet. It's big, roomy, but not bulky. The material is very strong so there is no fear of ripping. I've loaded this up more than any other I have used for work and it is well balanced with good support in the lower back.

Took a while to get my backpack but that's not really their fault. Container has been stuck in the custom because of some other packages from other companies.

They are transparent about the situation. The owner actually sent me an email to apologize.

The backpack itself is great. I love it! Will definitely consider their future product.

While there were unexpected set backs that were out of the company's control, they kept us posted so we were never were left in the dark! The waterproof bag is wonderfully made, fits everything I'd ever need to carry out, and looks great! I got some shoes too, since I was so intrigued, and they're so comfortable and worth the price!

Clear communication, updates when necessary, good explanations of the project,..

The backpack is great and very well constructed. Although it was in customs for a while, the support staff helped answer my questions and checked in once it was delivered. Great product and service!

I really love these shoes for so many reasons that I had to make an extensive video review which can be seen on YouTube under 8000 Kicks Hemp Shoe Review. I also purchased a wallet and 8 pairs of socks! Hemp is such a higher vibrational frequency and these days we need all the high vibes we can get! I HIGHly recommend these.

I want to jump in quickly and say how PLEASED I am with my backpack. The construction is very good, design is excellent. I've had occasion to use it quite a bit, and it really IS water resistant! Thank you so much. I plan to get more products from you in the future.

Great sneakers, extremely comfortable and stylish. I however recently had an issue with them, but the Customer Service was incredibly supportive and promptly resolved it, by sending a replacement!

The backpack is incredibly resilient and comfortable. Capable of handling a ton of weight and distributing my laptop, electronics, clothes and shoes comfortably without feeling it is about to explode is for me the best thing ever.

Furthermore, the fact that the top zipper is protected by rolling it and then closing the top strap gives me a nice sense of security that nobody will open it when I'm walking and steal things from me. Plus, the side pockets for water bottles are extremely practical (I always carry two 500ml bottles with me) and do not flinch when moved from side to side.

In short, I love the backpack. My only complain is how long I had to wait for it to arrive :'( hence the four stars.

I first started with Dope Kicks through backing the company on Kickstarter. I've purchased 2 pairs of shoes and they lived up to there promise of compfortability, and robust quality. Then when I saw that Bernardo and his team were producing a backpack, I got onboard with that project, and so glad I did. It took a while because along came Covid and disrupted the world, but all the hurdles were eventually overcome. It was worth the wait. I've just purchased a small backpack because a couple of months ago I received my large backpack, which I must say is absolutely fantastic. The quality and finish is exceptional. I'm so pleased with it. I just had to have the matching smaller one. Highly recommended if you want a stand-out looking backpack which lives up to it's promise. Well done to all involved in the project. I will keep supporting them.

I have been supporting 8000 Kicks since it was DopeKicks. I believe in the power of hemp, so finding a company so passionate about bringing hemp back to the mainstream was exciting. I have purchased multiple shoes and their hemp backpack and wallet. I have loved each product purchased! The hemp is high quality and durable. The shoes have been easy to clean and maintain. Their backpack is large and has many pockets to hold various things. The wallet is a small card-holding wallet that has RFID-blocking technology! During their backpack Kickstarter campaign, some hiccups came up, and Bernardo and the 8000Kicks team made it a point to stay transparent and apologetic the entire time! Also, who doesn't love the story of a grandson creating a company with their grandmother? I can't speak more highly of this company and am excited to continue to support them in the future!

Ordered shoes (sneakers) from them that I loved, so I backed the backpack Kickstarter. It did take a while for the backpacks to arrive, but I didn't have an urgent need, and the product I received was absolutely fantastic! Not only do they look amazing, but the construction is sturdy and a lot of thought was put into the design, with places to keep a laptop, zippered pouches for valuables, broad and heavily-padded straps, and a completely waterproof coating.
I love this little company and will be buying more shoes from them soon.

I couldn’t be any happier with my Kickstarter rewards. The backpack is excellent, my wife is using the pouch every day and I absolutely love the shoes. They are my new favorites. In fact, I just ordered another pair. Thank you very much for everything and keep powering on.

The only reason not 5 star is no belly strap. Which is fine for me but may be a problem for others.

The wait was worth it! We love the backpacks. They are light and waterproof (in Germany it's raining quite often at the moment) and there are enough pockets sewn in. I'm often out on the weekends and the backpack is just the right size. This will be my favourite backpack!

The products are outstanding in quality and durability. I really appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship. I ordered the navy blue backpack and it is gorgeous! I love the idea of supporting sustainable hemp and these products (I also have their hemp socks and shoes) are top notch.
