My backpack isn't waterproof. After having a bit of downpour. All my items. Important documents and notes of several years were water damaged. Also, I had ordered my backpack when they were initially on kickstarter. I didn't get my backpack because of shipping reasons. At this time though, backpacks were being offered and shipped to the public. I had orders my backpack because I was going to do a few office trips and thought this backpack would have been neat to use. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to order another backpack. I don't understand why my backpack couldn't have been shipped along with the rest of the public orders then once the initial shipping issue was addressed have them cancel that shipment. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as bad. I've warned others about this bag and I refuse to buy another product or back anything on ki kickstarter.

The shoes were everything promised and the customer service was great. It was a quick turn around speedy delivery and even fun to deal with this company.

I bought the Explorer V2 already twice. Very comfortable sole to walk on with my wide feet and durable hemp textile material on top.

Nice quality. Good option for a vegan at a not so high price.

I am very happy with my SunSlides. They are exactly as advertised, comfortable, easy to slip on, easy to clean and waterproof enough for a walk with the dogs in the rain.

The customer service is above and beyond. I ordered a size too small and exchange was taken care of no questions asked. My new shoes even came back in the box I had returned the wrong size in, that’s just so much better than slapping on a new packaging like there’s no tomorrow!

Shipping times do make the exchange process a bit lengthy.

Great product and great user experience. Ordered a pair of shoes and wasn’t happy with the size - customer support was responding super quick, friendly and helpful, they accepted the return (even though I was wearing the shoes) and sent me back a brand new pair. Shipping time was ok from Portugal to Germany about two weeks. Also tracking data was provided.

Poor service and garbage product. They promote their products as 'first in the world hemp this' 'fully-mully hemp that', but in fact their products, which are of mediocre quality at best, are made of polyester with added hemp fiber. Greenwashing, scam, poor service. Two months of waiting and back-and-forth with their service desk to receive a piece of plastic garbage. And you have to pay for returns.

I've become an absolute fan of this company and their products. I started off with a pair of the Explorer 2. Meanwhile I have two pairs in different colours, both backpacks (the smaller one for everyday use and the bigger one for travel), the wallet and the small utility bag, and I love every single item. I have also pre-ordered the new waterproof boots on Kickstarter and just ordered 2 pairs of the new summer shoes with collapsible heels in beige and black. The quality of what I already have in my hands is amazing, and the products look great too so I'm receiving many compliments, and I love their concept of sustainability. Which is why I keep coming back.

I got the explorer V2 shoes and they are just perfect! The hemp is actually water resistant even in the Netherlands but still the fabric will breath and keep your feet dry even when it's hot. After about a month of daily use there's still no bad smell!! The hemp insoles feel great and the outer soles have good shock absorbtion. They are just an absolute pleasure to walk on and they also look good!

I bought a Waterproof Hemp Backpack via a Kickstarter campaign and couldn't be more happy with it. There were expected delays with manufacturing and shipping due to pandemic-related issues, but 8000kicks kept us updated via the campaign page. Closer to shipping date I emailed their Customer Service directly for updates and Patricia was so helpful and patient with my questions.

The backpack ultimately arrived safe and sound, and is of excellent quality. It has all of the features outlined in the campaign, looks good, and is comfortable for all-day adventures. Very happy with my purhcase.

I bought a backpack, laptop sleeve, pouch, and a pair of socks. Truly amazing quality for every item and they all look and feel great. All items were shipped within only a few days, and communication from start end was perfect. I will definitely be continuing to purchase from and recommend this company to others!

I bought a pair as a gift for my significant other. We both really liked the style - trendy and classic at the same time. Seemed very well made and loved that they are waterproof. Unfortunately, my S/O has wider feet than the average person with a wider foot, so we returned, but I’ve remained super impressed. Return was easy and the customer service has been GREAT. Rare to speak to real people these days, emails were not automated, everyone was friendly and helpful. I’ll order more shoes from here again when I need a new pair of sneakers!

Hi. Just wanted to provide feedback on the backpack from Kickstarter. I love the backpack. Took it to Montréal and carried it with me everywhere i went including the family passports in the hidden pocket. Nice touch!

Shoes look great, are comfy & when I needed to do an exchange the customer service was excellent.

I purchased my shoes to elevate the awareness of the product HEMP. The 'big lie' related to the cannabis plant and its utility to the globe is prevalent to many worldwide. The sad part? It is not well known and therefore adisadvantage to many. My shoes are comfortable, durable and waterproof. Awesome! 👍🏾
