1,5 h spent on return label
I wanted to return a pair of jeans I bought online. I filled out the form to receive a QR code but never received it.
I have never encountered such difficulties when trying to return an online purchase. The jeans are too small, and although I initially wanted to exchange them for a larger size, I’ve decided not to proceed.
1. It is almost impossible to find clear return instructions on the website how to get the return label.
2. The QR code with return label never arrived. After contacting the service center and spending about 1.5 hours on this return, I was still asked to write an email to request the QR code.
3. Even the customer service email address is complicated in writing.
Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider being a customer.
