your response is to ask me to contact the very email address and phone number that cannot or will not attempt to resolve my issue. I have asked for a manager to contact me to assist with my issue but that apparently is not possible. After 8 years of being a customer, I will now be an ex-customer. Excellent speed of refund for returned items
I have through December purchased five items from them, not only are the products of the highest quality, what impressed me most was that speed at which I received the refund for two of returned items, only two days after being received by them

Be wary if you need a refund
I have been a client for over 20 years so this review in my opinion is accurate to my knowledge.
I ordered 2 items in November. I sent them back by their tracked delivery.
The 1st and cheaper of the 2 refunds came through within a week. This was for jeans.
The 2nd refund for a jacket costing £294.00 didn’t materialise.
When I contacted customer service they said it’s processed separately and to wait up to 7 days.
After 7 days nothing happened.
I contacted them again by email.
I received an email asking me to make a complaint with a complaint form attached. The email confirmed once the complaint was received, I’d hear back.
This again did not happen, without me further chasing the company
I finally received a refund on the 4th January, 2023. £294.00. I had returned the items on the 30th November, 2022.
They’re main issues were to say the 2 items were not in the same package. I mean why would an honest client take a picture of what’s sent in their package on return. It wouldn’t work that anyway because you could take the picture, then take the item out.
You cant raise a query with PayPal either, as the items were returned to the Company. I’d therefore be very very careful buying from this company now. Perhaps they are in financial difficulties and don’t have the money to refund clients. Either that or the worlds gone mad and people actually do not put all the items in the package they are returning !
I have my own company and in my honest opinion this has been dealt with like waiting for the gas man to turn up !

If I could give 0 stars i I would. I contacted you immediately to cancel the order and even though it hadn’t been processed or dispatched the customer service agent refused to stop the order. Instead I had to receive and return the parcel - what a huge waste of resources - environmental, human, financial, emotional. Unbelievable that your system was so inflexible and inhuman that I had to go through all this effort and hassle and delayed refund. Really p*ssed off

Returns were a challenge
Returns were a challenge. I had to print off a label and don’t have a printer at home. Providing a returns label in the packaging is so much easier. On top of that, you only have 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel to request the returns label and then have to return it within 14 days of doing that! It’s complicated and doesn’t need to be. I hope the refund is prompt. Thanks
