Scams took my money and I didn't get my purchases

There is no credibility at all, and the money was taken, and no one answers you. The worst experience in my life. All dealings with them are documented

Not trusted vendor, they take money then never get what you order. Save your money and time and buy from trusted vendors. I have paid $600 since a year and never received the package. Hey are scam.

A SCAM FAKE FRAUD WEBSITE - CHEATING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY WITH UNDELIVERED ORDERS FOR OVER A YEAR. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS EARLIER AND NOT PLACED ANY ORDERS.

SAME FRAUD BEING COMMITTED AGAIN AND AGAIN...WITH NO TRACKING NO… NO SHIPPING COMPANY DETAILS AND NO PROOF OF SHIPMENT.

I REPEATEDLY REQUESTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER...HAVE COMPENSATION AND REFUND OF THE FUNDS IN FULL IMMEDIATELY !!! BUT NOTHING !!! FRAUDSTERS !!!

A very bad site. he took the money and the order were not sent. We warn everyone not to buy from it

We do not believe you anymore now it is almost 2 years since I have placed my order and I received my things only promises and apologize and I think this what is the truth and the cheating everybody

I paid few hundred aed for perfumes till now i did not get the items also they are not ready to refund my money
Looks like they are fake and fraud telling stories about the customs and issues

This 724 USA is playing games with us victims of this fake business site. I have been writing them for quite some times to follow up on my orders, they stopped answering or replaying. In fact, they closed the Customer service link and the tracking link. We the victims can not reach them any more. Our money and orders simply have gone with the wind. I noticed they focus on new customers from the Middle East and mainly Saudi Arabia and the Gulf area (GCC) un like Europe or the USA because of the laws. 724 USA is just a name to make people think it is located in the US. Their office is located in Istanbul-Turkey. I worn people to stay away from ordering from this site 724 USA. once you pay, you will never receive your order or get your money back. Its been 3 months, I never received the order and they refused to refund my money. Because victims like me write them often to follow on the orders, they closed the customer service and tracking links. ALL, THIS 724 USA SITE IS FRAUD AND SCAM. I urge every one to stay away from. We (group) are making awareness of this site on social media and spreading the news about this business..

The purchase price was paid 3 months ago and so far I have not received it and many messages have been sent to customer service and there is no response

Unlike others, I received my order, but the description was not accurate and the website had incorrect information.
Customer service is verrrrrrrrrry slow to respond. The return form is in Turkish only.

I'm just not going to use them again.

I placed an order for men collection perfume 465$ and its been 5+ months and still they are asking for more money for delivery.

These unscrupulous thieves should be put in jail for robbing people. They are scam . DUBAI police should highlight these criminals

I made order after payment i did not get the order ,they did not provide any shipping information or tracking no ,and they kept pospond evey time. after 4 weeks they stoped answering any of my communication, few more weeks they changed their contact number on whatsapp. I found out that the location of the account is in Istanbul Turkey not in USA

I placed order for Chanel perfume on April 1 , 2022 , till now May 6th 2022 not been received. It is very annoying and unsatisfactory. I don't recommend anyone to place an order with 7/24 USA company anymore

I paid them money for perfume and they haven't sent it to me for more than 9 months

Fake site. I've ordered and immediately debited without receiving anything.
Contact mail is fake too !!

Scammers, I made an order since 4 months and didn't receive anything, they keep saying the same lies that I will receive it ASAP, when I asked about refund they stopped replying anymore.
