I ordered a moissanite tennis bracelet…
I ordered a moissanite tennis bracelet on December 11th, hoping to receive it by Christmas, I didn’t read the fine print and I realized it would take 5-8 weeks to be shipped due to custom order. I understood and waited. Even after the 5th week mark, I gave them the benefit of the doubt about that cause it is a custom order. Now two months after, I have not received my item. I have emailed and spoken with Abigail over 4 times and was always kept in the dark with my order. After mentioning disputing my order, I received an email back from them saying how it is gonna be shipped this week. It’s been a week since I got that email — and guess what? I received nothing. My boyfriend could not get his present for Christmas and it seems like he won’t get this for Valentine’s Day. I’ve spent over 200 dollars on this item. 200 dollars of my hard earned money and it feels like I wasted it on the trash with this item when I could’ve gotten my boyfriend something else with a company that actually care about their customer’s. I will not wait another month or more for an item that I’m not sure I will ever receive. I am planning to dispute and never ordering from them again. I’m not sure if the quality of this bracelet would be worth it. Maybe it is. I haven’t even had the opportunity to see it and I don’t think I ever will at this point. And it’s sad cause I was really excited for this bracelet. From what I could tell from the picture, it looked really beautiful and cool. What I can say that shipping and customer service is terrible from here!

6ice was offering a promo, comment 150 days straight and receive a custom pendant…at first I didn’t believe it but I just received my pendant in the mail! Quality is amazing, it definitely hits in the light 🔥🔥, and is a great size pendant. The only downside to it is that the process took forever but after realizing they are doing this for free and probably the amount of submissions they are having, I quickly got over it!
