Not a happy customer
My wife just bought 2 chains from this company in which they also offer a secret chain that she got. The problem is that the quality of the first chain was not good as the chain was falling apart because a lot of the links weren’t mended properly and stones were missing from the piece. The second chain was the wrong order and this was an error by the company and not us. They sent us the same chain as the first purchase made but, this one was of better quality. However, they responded to her first email quickly and they told her that they will send her a return label but, we have yet to receive this label or a response from the company as to what will happen with our return. My wife is very disappointed because she was trying to make these chains my anniversary gift which is next week. I would really appreciate it if you respond to her email as we just want to get what we ordered. We will keep it an exchange and not a refund as long as continued respect is shown in customer service. Thank you.
