I booked an appointment at their store in Paris wishing to buy a Cartier trinity ring.
The lady that served me was nice and found soon a ring in my size.
according to their database, the ring also came with the original box and certificate from Cartier, box was at hand but the certificate was nowhere to be found.
They let me wait a little bit while they searched for it (that wasn’t bad for me since the jewelry display at their store is great and I needed a bit of rest while visiting Paris 😉) but at the end they couldn’t locate it. I left my address and they assured me I would receive it at home, which I did!
I plan on buying again.

Very nice piece of jewelry; the store was helpfull while I was asking about specific information regarding the item.The delivery was fast and super punctual!
The ring looks stunning, but since it has diamonds on it, I was expecting a sort of certificate carrying all the details of the stone characteristics; unfortunately it is not inside the nice and well done package

When a piece is sold specifically with a diamond or stone certificate from a lab, it is explicitly stated in the description of the item on the website, which was not the case for your purchase.

Overall a positive experience. The ring is as described. It was well packed. Quick and effecient communication via SMS. Despite reassurances that the parcel will require signature, the envelope was dumped in the mailbox. Luckily it was not stolen. 58 facettes is supposed to take this issue up with DPD.
