Hi Ara,
I'm sorry to hear you are so unsatisfied after several succesful orders! For this particular order I shipped it the same day. As discussed by mail, shipments to far EU countries (such as Latvia in your case) can take longer than foreseen as there is still a lack of flight capacity due to Corona. There's unfortunately very little I can do about that :/ And I'm sorry to hear you feel this reflects badly on my service! I expect your order to arrive soon though, as your tracking information indicates.

One month more already
One month more already. Didn't receive the product .
Persons who send the cheapest way with my items that cost 160 Euro. Even la poste France ask them for items lost they can't do either. My 160 € seems like send by cheepist postcard way and finally put in the thrash.
Bad experiences....
The address is fine, just there in no name . We have many persons live here ,is a resident.
It's first time the persons didn't call me when they are arriving or asking by phone number that you marked on the items. And also with the number of items why can't ask the poste office Nederland for items lost...
For The customer receive is the things must important than everything. Specially you asks more than 100 euro orders for the transport. Seems like we should have the way much safely. Not like now

First of all I'm sorry to hear about your feeling about your order!
We had some e-mail contact before. I shipped your order with the delivery method you selected yourself, which is a traceable letterbox parcel. Given there was some unclarity about your address, I mailed you before shipping the order to get your full address information. Your order then took some time to get delivered due to Corona delays. It finally arrived in your region, but apparently there was still address information missing, as you didn't include a box number on your address, and your name was not on the postal box as you mentioned. That caused your order to be returned to me; unfortunately I have zero influence on this, as you hopefully understand.
It is imperative to always give correct address information for your order to be delivered correctly. Otherwise, there is a risk of a return shipment.
Once I receive the items in return, I will let you know!
