I've been a client since 2018, but this was my last order. I already experienced a couple of times a disastrous delivery and terrible client service, as they dont respect the delivery times, so you pay extra money for nothing.
This time was unbelievable; I made a 170€ order on June 5th, which was only "supposedly delivered" on June 10th, even though they advertise super fast 1 business day transit time on their website. This parcel was NEVER delivered, after checking security cameras of my building, no delivery man showed.
I contact Dries about it, asking for a refund and an explanation, all he does is IGNORE my emails, which he keeps doing until now. Today, almost 1 month later, I still have not received my order, nor the refund I've asked several times for.
SHAMELESS.
