Very good product and very good service. Had an issue with one of my orders and it was replaced quickly and promptly. We'll pleased with how they dealt with my issue and would definitely recommend the products as they are great tasting and value for money.

4nx have to be the best pouches I have tried enabling me to quit vaping entirely. Good strength selection,long lasting and dont taste like chemically created flavours unlike some other brands . I have had to contact customer services once regarding a pot containing split pouches purchased from my local supermarket. I received a response very quickly and my issue was dealt with the same day by sending me "2" pots of my choice free of charge. Cannot fault awesome service like that. 5*

Garbage product
Garbage product. Ordered 3 tubs, half of them were split open on arrival and numerous split open in my mouth, chucked the rest in the bin. Do not waste hard earned money on these. Nicotine hit is minimal even on the 12mg pouches. 6mg XYN and Velo pouches give you a better nicotine hit. Pouches are extremely dry, cause gum irritation and are on the larger side.
There is clearly zero quality control. The nicotine powder sits in between the pouch seals, meaning that the seal isn't solid, resulting in splits and low quality product.
I honestly won't waste time or money with 4NX again. That was my first and last ever order. I will stick to XYN and Velo, who I've had absolutely zero issues with.
Delivery was fast but the product was absolute trash.

Great product but quality control is a little off. Many cans I have bought have had burst pouches inside. The last can 8 of them were burst and when working offshore is impossible to return. Other than that as a runner I’m happy to be smoke free.

I have tried all brands by now and must say I enjoy 4nx the most due to the taste and different flavours they are offering especially the energy Ice.
Since it is sweet and delicious to my taste buds my only worry is if I am consuming more sugar .

I’ve tried a few brands of nicotine pouches and have found that 4NX are head and shoulders above the competition. Great flavours, best price point, last way longer and excellent customer service. I recently had an order that couldn’t be fulfilled due to being out of stock and I was contacted directly and offered a replacement or refund. I’m a vaper but find these pouches are great for pubs, clubs, cinemas, travel etc. Absolutely too notch company.
