I telephoned Vuse UK today, as I cannot get 6mg Vuse vapes anymore from Sainsbury’s, as I have given up smoking, and 6 mg is the lower end of what Vuse does, and I didn’t know you can order online.
I spoke to a lovely lady at Vuse who was called YOLANDA from Spain, she was so patient and understanding and helped me go through the process, and to my surprise, I got them cheaper and a free Holder, with free delivery, given to me from YOLANDA
I was so impressed with the fantastic customer service I received today.

I’ve been using your subscription service for over two years, and almost every single month I’ve had issues with delivery. Every time I raise the problem, I’m told to “be patient” and wait. If I’m expected to wait whenever it’s convenient for you, what is the point of subscribing? I could buy the same products from the corner shop when I actually need them instead of relying on your horrible, clunky service.
Almost every month I have to chase either you or your delivery company (Evri), whose service is consistently awful and should honestly be banned. I don’t have time to deal with your customer service or the dismissive responses I receive, as if I’m buying a T‑shirt instead of essential products. It’s unacceptable that I’m putting in more effort than the company I’m paying.
You need to improve your service and your delivery partner. Focus more on your customers than on your money. After everything I’ve dealt with, I want a manager to call me. This has gone on long enough and needs to be handled by someone who can actually resolve it.
I love these pods as they are very discreet and I particularly like the mouth piece. The choice of flavours and strengths is also very good.
Delivery has been very quick.

Prompt replies to my emails. Postal service failed to deliver, tracking stated “ in Depot “ for over a week. Vuse offered a refund or my order to be resent. I chose the latter and they're sending with DPD 24h. The postal service had failed not Vuse.

I ordered a new epod which arrived quickly but wouldn't charge. Customer service replied quickly with suggestions. Once that didn't work I was sent an apology and a new pod. Highly recommend this company

. 3 days delivery time on an overnight delivery
. As an over 18 product, this was supposed to be signed for, but DHL just left it at the door, so no option to reject delivery.
. Item arrived worked for about a day before it malfunctioned
. Tried to discuss on your chat customer services, which gives as little as 30 seconds on the customer end before getting cut off, where advisors take 2-3 mins per response

In short this has been about as bad as a first customer experience can get.

It came with 2 batteries and when I needed it changing I rang Vuse and they immediately sent a 4 man team, one undid the clip, one pulled the battery out, the other had the spare all ready to go straight back in and the 4th guy let the jack down. All in all very fast, battery changed in under 3 seconds.
