Disappointed with the whole service...
The return policy and the fact that I received a jacket that was torn inside, had to pay for courier cost to send the jacket back. Guess what happened, instead of giving me a new jacket they just sewn in the torn part then they returned the jacket. How did I know it was a same jacket, well it was dirty inside just like the one I received and I wasn't happy with the jacket. I then had to give it to my mom as bday gift and she wanted to exchange for a smaller fit, they told me I had to pay a return fee. Told my friends and family to not order anything from these people at all. They don't even deserve any stars even one.
