The rolling bag was perfect size and there are so many extra pockets. I did not expect so many extra pockets. Delivery was very fast. One can not go wrong buying this duffel bag.

Good, solid delivery, gr8 return policy, longer delivery then 3-5days, very little experience in parts from phone helpers.

Solid company. You can feel it from the beginning. No mistakes, No missing.
This takes time. They declaring to deliver in 3-5 days. never happen. Count 7 days+, but you will receive what you ordered.
Grate delivery and payment options, with the option pay at the delivery for international shipping with little extra money.
Grate return policy. No hassle, 60 days. BRAVO! :-) Just ltlbt too much of printing. Shipping label should be included in the package. Loooong return delivery. To long when you are in need for something.
No advice.Salesman (phone) nice and helpful, but lacking in knowledge about the stuff. Impression like he never sought it, never touch it, never use it , and hes knowledge is coming from own web page.

TWIN AIR

Everything well.
The letter came on time.
Complete order.
But the cover to the TWIN AIR air intake into rm 125 Suzuki is of weak quality. The gasket which is on a protection is small and I seem to be not original.

really bad shipment and return time and rates

I ordered the first cart at 12.03.2014 I received the goods 19/20.03.2014 a few things doesn't fit to me, so I send it back 20.03.2014 to receive other sizes.
Today is 27.03.2014 but I got any response what is with my replacement.
Yesterday 26.03.2014 I wrote and asked what happened, I get an answer that the goos are going two weeks back to 24MX plus an another week that I will get my replacement.
So I guess that I will have everything middle or end of April, but I ordered on 12.03.2014. I spend for my cart over 1100euro. This is a crazy long time for delivery and replacement, we are in the 21st century. This is not to apologize. I am a very unhappy buyer.

Exelent product, looooong shipping :(

I spend over 300 euro in couple weeks, 1st time (order over 200E) i was waiting 11 working days !!!!!! 2nd time 6 working days, it is absolutely too long :(
Prices and product exelent.
Customer service exelent
shipping like shit :)
