Excuses only make things worse
I have ordered from 24MX in the past and normally no issues and quick service. This order was a larger order and I used the Bike Finder where you put in model of Moto you are seeking parts for... TE 250 Enduro. My parcels arrived on three different days which meant waiting at home three different days. This is OK but the affect on the environment to have the same driver have to come out three times was not good. All of my order was fine except the plastics kit I bought specifically for my TE 250. The photo description looked ok but the rear fender I received in the kit was for a TC 250 so no license plate mount and no rear tail light mount. When I brought this up to the person by email I was told that I should have used the bike finder to get the right parts... I also mentioned the three shipments and all the excuses given were lame. I work in a highly sensitive customer service type business and certainly could not blame my customer for the misidentification of a product but would have tried to be more helpful. I will consider twice before ordering from 24MX again in the future...

First order: MX pants and MX shirt with print on back. Got MX shirt, no print. Pants - wrong size. Also very long delivery time (around 2 weeks)
Second order: MX gloves. Fast delivery (3-4 days) but wrong size.
NEVER AGAIN.
If you want save you money and time - chose another online shop.
