I love mx24 shop
I love mx24 shop. I love the products. I am very pleased and impressed with the customer service and prompt delivery times. I’m a regular customer. However, being currently based in Poland I’m unable to shop through the EU website, I can’t switch to English and I can’t pay in euro, effectively being forced to pay double exchange rates. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Great prices but be prepared to wait
Products at fantastic prices but delivery comes from anywhere in Europe. Unfortunately my Leatt body armour ordered on 07/11/22 wasn’t delivered until 2/12/22. Customer service was ok and they did reply. Product was stuck in their depot until 28/11/22 so I can’t fathom what goes on with Logistics in Poland. Anyway I’m really happy and it was worth the wait in the end

They are scammers and liars
I bought expensive Asterisk Ultra Cell 3.0 braces from them. Over 550 EUR. They broke after 2 hours of driving. I sent the complaint. They promised I would get a new one. It turned out that they were lying. They decided to fix them. They promised I would get some cheap sh... leggings from them as compensation. Ok, I laughed. Two months had passed, during which they promised that they would get it sorted out very quickly... braces would be back with me in a moment. Each time it turned out that they were lying and making up new excuses that contradicted what they had written before. A week ago they wrote to me that the courier is already taking them to me, but due to some problems he will not take the leggings with him that they promised. I almost fell off my chair laughing. I have never dealt with such amateurs. Unfortunately, the courier has not arrived until today. They stopped posting on e-mails. They lie, they apologize, they lie, they apologize. I do not know if this is such a standard in Sweden, but in Poland they would be a laughing stock. I advise against any purchases.

If you experienced the wrong service from the courier company, please let us know through e-mail!
We see that in your claim case, we informed you first to return the claimed product for an inspection, later the supplier informed us he will provide a new product, but as the braces were used, the only solution for you was repair.
As the repair took more time than it usually does - you will also receive a brand new jacket as a goodwill gesture from us, we hope you will like it!
Please be understanding, in your first e-mail your demand was to exchange or to repair, so in the end repair was agreed.
