First time using 24mx but will use again. Product I wanted was in stock and the best price I could find, by a good margin. Placed order and got immediate confirmation. I ordered late afternoon and it was picked and posted next day, I received a Yodel confirmation it was on its way.

However, delivery took longer than expected but this was down to Customs and of course Yodels impeccable reputation.

I ordered from the UK Website and was not aware the product was coming from Sweden (I think) and it is due to that reason it took so long, it was in customs control for over 6 days...Anyway it arrived in just over a week from ordering.

There was no issue with customs and no additional charges to pay.

It would not have been a problem for me had I been fully aware it was not shipping from within the UK as I could then have factored in the extra time needed.

I did contact 24mx customer service who were excellent in keeping ne updated.

All in All 24mx, excellent, just factor in about an extra week foe deliver/customs

Great seller good prices and shipping to NI appreciated when many don’t make the effort

This website sell helmets not fit for purpose and would avoid them.

If you buy a helmet that is designed and targeted for track use like the one I bought, it is not fit for purpose and cannot be used on the track due to them providing helmets without the ACU gold sticker.

After respraying an old mtb with original 24MX stickers on I purchased some new stickers glad I did they make the bike standout. Great design, delivery Service quick, post was dearer than the stickers.

An easy to navigate website, ordering an item was easy, delivery was quick, arrived before the due day.

Purchased a few bits from 24MX, the gazebo is the only annoying bit as the Velcro horizontally attached to the canopy fraying drives me mad as the string grabs anything it touches.. great speed of delivery and good quality products otherwise
