Damage during shipping

Excellent customer service. My initial shipment had one damaged item. "Eli" contacted me, replaced the item at no cost to me. Definitely the "gold standard" for customer satisfaction.

Great company to deal with

I was looking for a tempra 29 plus on Amazon. 24 hour supply was $100 cheaper, free shipping and fast shipping. I ordered on the 7th got it on the 10th and in perfect condition.

Had a part I couldn't find in the…

Had a part I couldn't find in the stores and better priced anyway. Delivered when said. I just wish the delivery could come a little faster. That would be only thing I could say down side. I will be using them more often.
