Super quick fix
Was able to speak to Pamela late in the evening on a Sunday and got someone over in the morning. Darren had the leak fixed and new pump fitted within an hour!

Toilet bowl smashed on a Sunday morning
Toilet bowl smashed on a Sunday morning. After a quick phone call, lovely bloke from donegal arrived, carrying a toilet up the steps and fitted it ASAP (not all heroes wear capes). Brilliant service, so fast, total life saver! Thank you sooo much, I feel very lucky indeed! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Leaking bath fixed
When I rang 9.30pm in the evening, the company picked up the call immediately and said a plumber is finishing up a job and will call over after it. On emptying bath the water was all over floor and going through the spot lights in ceiling underneath. He removed the plumbing and resealed and tested. Lucas is a lovely young man who got me out of a spot of bother. He explained everything and showed me pictures/videos of where the problem was. Very happy and would use again..

Came home from holoday to a leaking hot water cylinder. Was worried serious damage could be caused. When I rang Pamela was professional and very helpful and organised a call out for the next morning. Darren arrived on time and sorted the problem efficiently, showing me where the problem had originated and explained the remedy. Delighted with the service

Service was very efficient. I had no difficulty getting an appointment at the time of my choosing. I needed a new mixer tap and they supplied the tap as well as installation which was very convenient.

Great service
I contacted 24 hr plumber after purchasing a house with previously unknown plumbing issues and received a prompt response within hours. Darren did a great job, it was an excellent service and he did it all very quickly and efficiently. A bonus he was there early which I felt was excellent. Will definitely use the service again.

Truly exceptional service!!! On time, very friendly, and he had our leak location found and fixed in under an hour. Such a relief as it was affecting our daughters bedroom.

New Immersion element Explained my problem
Explained my problem. Sent photos of immersion. Needed new immersion element. Thomas (plumber) arrived in the afternoon, complete with new element and had the job done quickly and without any hassle,mess or fuss.

Made a call on a Thursday night about 7.30 and was all sorted for 9am. Thomas was here on time and communication excellent. Problem (leaking toilet) sorted in under an hour. Would recommend and happily use again.

Gets the job done!
I had tenants move out of our property and found 2 broken toilets that wouldn’t flush. Made a call to the 24 hour plumber and had someone out to do the job within a couple of hours. Quick efficient service with price quoted up front. Would highly recommend!

Organised via phone call and the whole experience was made very easy and accommodating by Pamela - The plumber Darren showed up exactly on time and was a gent throughout helping us with a leak from our shower - he was able to identify the problem quickly and also fix it in no time at all - Nice guy who also fielded some other questions not related to the job which was appreciated - Highly recommend!
