We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that your new boiler was installed in May 2025. This means your first service will not be due until May this year.
Under your Staywarm plan, we arrange for the manufacturer of your boiler to carry out the annual service. We will contact Ideal on your behalf and ask them to get in touch with you directly to arrange your service for May 2026.

A Job well done!
The installation of the boiler was carried out swiftly and without any fuss. I pointed to the installer that the system might need flushing but he showed me the clear water and said didnot need flushing. He explained the timing switch operation which I had never been able to sort out before. So all in all an excellent worker and good job completed.
