They talked me through every step clearly, kept me fully informed, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Nothing was rushed or confusing just calm, professional guidance when I needed it most.

After 5 years of being a customer the first time I needed them they sent me to their crap “ approved repairer “ which cost me £250 excess for them not to repair the damage. Absolute crap steer well clear.

Do not trust this company price is good but it is very dodgy feel, request data due to a clear data failure on there part and then charge £50 admin fee and increase your policy price, when you call them as they demand you are kept on hold for at least an hour and they are unhelpful, rude and deliberately obstructive

You never know how good an insurance…
You never know how good an insurance company is until you need to claim, so we will wait and see should the need arise. As far as getting a quote which was a very good price, it was all very simple until it got to payment, it would not accept my card, must have been a glitch but eventually sorted it out.
