Ordered my battery at 12:15pm. Hours later someone called and said my eta was between 5-6 pm. Ok no problem because I don't start work until 7pm. Then around 5:45 driver calls me and can't find address...stood outside in the rain waiting cuz he said was on my street
...well he couldn't find me because 1800 battery gave him my street address in a whole other city! So I told him the proper address and eventually he made it here and had my battery installed around 7pm! Needless to say I was late to work and also written up. So on top of the ridiculous amount 1800 battery charges anyway, I lost wages at work and a blemish on my record. Long story short, don't make any plans and be prepared to be frustrated plus your pockets low if u plan on dealing with this company

Chris showed up a bit outside of the schedule but he got here he changed my battery in no time. He didn't leave a mess and made sure the car started and I was satisfied before he left

We were first surprised to fine this type service available to us, and pleased we did. This was one of the easiest on-line services we've ever used. In less than 2 hours my wife's car had the correct battery installed and ready to go! The service tech was most pleasant and knowledgeable. We didn't even realize her battery was located under the passenger seat! Being retired seniors, this is a service we'll use again if and when needed.

Angel came to the house to put in a new battery he did an excellent job and he was a really nice guy. Very thorough and did the job quickly.

A little outside the arrival window, but 2 hours after purchase is a lot to expect. Helpful technician. Brought it right into the garage. There were issues on my side, so I just installed myself at a later date. Tech had some diagnostic tools which helped.

First off they send completely inexperienced people to install my battery. I only paid to have it installed because I knew I had to remove a few things to get to it. I ended up doing most of it myself. Then they billed me extra for the "extra" work, just horrible people. Then to boot my battery has died after less than a year and they will not even look at it until I pay them 125$. I cant imagine anyone thinking this company is worth dealing with. Any local car parts store would be a smarter option.

Everything was so seamless, so easy. We ordered the batter needed and the installation and less than three hours later our battery was installed and the car ready to go. Our car’s battery is difficult to install but our technician was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. We’re very pleased!!

Refund me my deposit. Don’t deliver dead batteries. Don’t have your clients waiting for two days to receive proper service. Train your managers not to be dismissive. Honor your warranty. Treat your disabled veterans better.

I like that I can do everything on my phone and everything is taken care of. I have used the service a couple of times. One of the times my battery was under warranty and I still got the exact same service and just paid for the tech to come out. Every single time it's easy and you get communication as things start rolling and before you know it attack is on the way to get a battery in your car. I will continue to use their service it's just so convenient

They are phenomenal. I called them at 4:45 after the 4 o’clock cut off on a Saturday. They showed up 45 minutes later and installed my battery so I can go to work the next day. They did not have to do that. They are amazing.

My battery died on a late Friday night. I booked on line and they were there early the next day. They had me up and running in 10 minutes. They also kept me informed, via text, the progress of my order.

I sent him my order and the estimate was 3.5 hours eta. In 2 hours the technician arrived with battery. In the middle of a monsoon he replaced the battery! Job well done! Great work!

I was quoted two hours and then after two hours, quoted another two hours. No technician ever came and our team wasted the entire day waiting. If I received a realistic ETA for a technician I would have booked a different service and would not have wasted an entire day for our delivery team. This was infuriating.
