Terrible Customer Service
I have been ordering from G&R Creative, Inc. (DBA 123GetInk) for sometime. The product is good and the prices are fair. At least 4 orders were previously placed with no problems, until the last Order #159999 I placed on 12/10/2018. I paid $10.00 extra for expedited handling (1-3 day delivery) because I needed the ink to finish printing my Christmas cards. I received an email that day informing me my order had been shipped, and a USPS tracking # was provided. On day 3 of the 1-3 day shipping I checked the tracking # and learned that the order was still in Pre-Shipment, and USPS was awaiting receipt of the product so they could ship it - in other words it had not been given to USPS for shipping as the email reported. I contacted 123GetInk through their website, and received another email assuring me the order had been shipped and blamed the USPS for the shipping delay. USPS said otherwise. Everyone makes mistakes, and because of the previous satisfaction with 123GetInk I would have understood if they admitted they messed up and had not given the order to USPS yet, and would have been satisfied with a $10.00 refund for the expedited handling that hadn't happened. Instead 123GetInk stuck by their story that USPS was at fault. Because of that I was forced to purchase ink at a store at much higher prices, so I opened a complaint via PayPal asking that the order be filled and shipped immediately, and that I receive a refund of the $10.00 I paid for expedited shipping that hadn't happened. 123GetInk refused to respond and did not provide a refund. USPS finally received the order on Christmas Eve, 12/24/18, and true to their promise I received the shipment in less than 3 days in spite of the holiday rush. 123GetInk provided me with false information regarding the shipping date, and refused to discuss a settlement via the PayPal complaint procedure. I will NOT do business with them again. Terrible customer service!
