No refund for an order lost by the postal service.

My order was lost during a strike at the postal service. The post informed me that 123encrebe should ask them to start an enquiry, which apparently they never did, while refusing to refund me. Eventually the order was refunded by PayPal, except transport cost. Never again. Update: following my above comment, 123encre invites me to make contact with them: I have already done it 3 times, to no avail. Enough is enough.

Good experience

I ordered 10 Tony's Chocolonely Easter edition bars, which are very difficult to find for delivery outside the Netherlands. The package arrived in Paris within four days, which was very good. Unfortunately two bars were damaged and had to be thrown away, but the company refunded me for them quickly after I provided photos and moreover at the higher individual unit cost

The ink cartridges leak!

The ink cartridges leak!! I have tried two batches and they are all bad. and especially for my printer. Do not buy these ink cartridges!!
