I would like to say thank you to Ani Hakobian and her support and the other team who helped me in my difficult technical situation.
Her answers were always fast and I'm sure she really care about every question she receives.

My previous review was with low rating because I almost lost hope that someone will help me, but now I'm sure that they will help anyway.

Quick response and quick solution to my issue

Dont now how to respond to a comment but thanks i allready cancelled my subscription, still find it scammy that they never send u a reminder only in the beginning and also when they now u dont have anything done in the account for more than 11 months

I purchased a plan with 10Web to improve my website’s speed. However, when I followed the documentation, I encountered an error. I contacted the sales team and provided them with my credentials to resolve the issue. It’s been a week now, and there’s still no solution. The customer service hasn’t replied, and their last message was that the developer hadn’t given them any feedback yet.

The response time of the service team is insane. They are very quick, and very trained to handle inquiries.
