Very disappointing experience – not suitable even for a simple landing page

I run a small UK shop and I chose 10Web because of their promise: an AI website builder that creates a working site in a few clicks. In my case this has simply not been true.

I paid for a plan and for the domain bravobis.net. My goal was extremely simple: one landing page for Christmas gifts for my small online shop, with a few sections of text and a contact email. Nothing complex, no big e-commerce system.

What actually happened was:

– The AI builder claimed to “generate” a site, but in WordPress I repeatedly saw 0 pages in “Pages → All Pages”.
– The “Edit your website” button opened an editor that did not correspond to any real, standard WordPress pages.
– Trying to access WP Admin sometimes gave me “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.
– I followed all the suggested steps: re-running the AI wizard, checking plugins, clearing cache, trying again on a different connection. The result was always the same: no clean, editable landing page.
– Even the domain verification flow has been confusing, with a “Not verified / Verification needed” status and no clear way to resolve it from the user side.

In the end I had to start building a manual page myself in WordPress just to have something usable, while still waiting for 10Web’s technical team to fix the broken AI setup.

For a product that markets itself as an easy AI solution for small businesses, this has been a very poor experience: a lot of time and energy wasted, and no basic working result from the AI builder. Based on what I’ve seen, I would not recommend 10Web’s AI Website Builder to other small business owners who simply need a reliable way to get a landing page online.

Always available and very eficient to fix the issues.

So I had an issue with my website and Ani went above and beyond to help me fix it, and get my website back live in just 2 minutes. I've also been using this company for years and I love their platform and I strongly recommend you use 10Web for your website hosting, especially if you want your site to load as fast as possible!

The AI prompts first had me look at several areas that may have identified an issue, which will help me in the future for resolving issues. Once all was examined, I was directed to a live assistant, Ani, who was very helpful.

Recently discovered the 10web services so I have decided to dig into it and find out more information by chatting with their bot. The have amazing chat bot and everything has been explained in details and links provided. Also a team member decided to join our chat which made the experience more unique. Is shows professionalism and I had the chance to discuss even further with their team member. Looking forward for future collaboration, great customer service, polite and efficient.
