I love 10to8 because I can trust it and not have to worry about my appointments or about collecting tuition. I love the flexibility in scheduling, but would also like to see the ability for returning students to be able to have all their data appear when they schedule a new class or a new appointment.

I love the way the webpage handles my booking as a teacher

I've used 10to8 for years now. I was immediately attracted to the user experience. In fact, that was the most important reason for selecting scheduling software. I wanted the user to feel at ease and not be overwhelmed with unnecessary information or hard to read screens.

10to8 excelled in the user experience and still does. The back end was also powerful and easy to use. Whenever I got annoyed at some glitch or some limitation, 10to8 came up with a fix for it. In fact, I think everything I've ever complained about has been fixed. I can't imagine ever using anything else. It has helped with my scheduling and revenue. It is and will continue to be a primary component of my business.

10to8 provides an easy to use calendar and booking process, with automated emails and reminders. It links to Zapier, which is great!
In the last year they have brought on many new features which continually improve the user experience and options. In particular, the booking confirmation emails have become more customisable and the customer records more useful. I would like to see more features in generating reports and filtering the customer list. The Customer Service is excellent and the team clearly work hard to respond to feedback!

Very useful appointment software, reactive customer service (they listen to feedback) and regularly updated (they added some features that I suggested and that really improved my experience).
I use 10to8 nearly everyday and it's a great help for my job !

I love that it is easy to use and set up payments and it is integrated with Zoom for my online coaching and Reiki clients.

We have more patients show up for their appointments. This program makes cancelling and rescheduling easy for the patient.
