The program is very user friendly
The program is very user friendly, I am able to add my appointments and the calendar can be synched to my google and outlook calendars. My clients are able to book their appointments easily as well.

Very good but with some issues lately
It’s great when works well, unfortunately, I have had few issues with my notifications since December, when it was reported, but it has taken a while for the technical issue to be resolved. However, they have been keen to fix it quickly.

Adaptable & Effortless!
It's been a great program to use and it's nice because it's not tailored to either the beauty or medical industries, which most of them have been. That made it hard to tailor the appointment types to suit my business needs, but 10to8 has been great and you can create any type of appointment you want, and also include reminders and billing if needed.
Would definitely recommend!

10 to 8 has many well thought out features that other larger services such as square are still working on. I think the way for 10 to 8 to become more relevant would be to become a full payment processor. Also, overnight bookings need to be fixed.

I use it because it is free
Great because it is free, but I wouldn't pay only because I am unable to book more than one service in one appointment. I have to either book several appointments and risk my clients receiving several reminders or change the timing and make a note of the services I am doing. It makes it hard to keep track of what services I am doing for yearly reports.
