Thank you for your review and I am delighted you are very happy with your product.
I am very sorry there was an issue with your delivery, as you know we sent your order out on time and on the correct 24hour service. We find Parcelforce to be very good but once the parcel leaves us we have no control over the delivery process. I have followed up with them again but could not get anymore information why the first delivery attempt failed other than them stating no one was available to receive the parcel. I know this is frustrating if you were available all day.
