I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The dress I received did not match the description or the photos on the website (the color was clearly different).
When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the issue but refused to offer a proper solution. Instead of honoring my legal right to a full refund, they repeatedly tried to push me into accepting a partial refund (10–20%) or store credit (up to 75%)—but only if I kept the item.
They also discouraged returning the product by claiming they are not responsible if the return shipment gets lost or damaged. This creates unnecessary pressure and is not in line with EU consumer protection laws.
Overall, the process felt misleading and designed to avoid refunds rather than help customers. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
