I have been using the Airperks app and completed surveys to earn rewards. I requested withdrawals over 7 days ago, but the status is still showing “In Review.” This is much longer than expected for a payout. I would appreciate it if the support team could check my account and process the payment. Please improve the withdrawal processing time because long reviews can make users lose trust in the platform. And work on your support team, I sent a mail to support team but I didn't receive any response for the past 5 days.
