Ordered £100 worth of product for my son’s Christmas present at the end of November. Yodel delivered the wrong parcel to my house, AOF then said they would have a re-order sent out to be in time for Christmas which was great.
It’s the 22nd - the parcel is still sat with the sender when I track, and no communication from the AOF regarding the order when I have emailed multiple times.
It’s the 1 thing my 12 year old asked for… I now have to rush out and get him something else as I’m non the wiser as to whether it’s going to arrive tomorrow, Christmas Eve or not even turn up at all. Extremely disappointed… the only company to let me down this Christmas.
