Two Dyson V15s, same defect — no real solution offered
I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect for over $1,000, and less than two years later, it stopped working. Dyson replaced it once, but the replacement now has the exact same problem. Despite acknowledging the initial defect, Dyson refuses free repair or replacement, claiming the issue isn’t a manufacturing defect, and expects me to pay $400+tax for a part that’s out of stock. For a premium product, this is unacceptable. Consumers deserve durable products and honest support. #Dyson #ConsumerRights #QuebecLaw
