We ordered bolts that we needed in order to use a vehicle. After 7 days we had not received them. So we messaged them to say if they had not been dispatched cancel our order and refund us the money, as we could source them locally without anymore waiting. They claimed that they were send as a tracked order and were already with us (they were not). They actually turned up 14 days after the original order (7days after they claimed that they had arrived). They arrived via Royal Mail tracked but must have been sent after they insisted that they were with us…….
