This is the worse most unprofessional…

This is the worse most unprofessional low class company I’ve had the misfortune to deal with in 50 years. They will do absolutely anything to wriggle and negate any responsibility when things go wrong, which they will I assure you.. do yourself a favour and steer well clear . They don’t deserve one star, the higher up the chain you go the more incompetent it gets. Awful, terrible service. I spoke to the police about the incident and the Seargent said “ oh they’re terrible , we’ve had problems.”

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.

As previously mentioned in your last review from two weeks ago we did offer to supply replacement shafts and did go away to find out how much the upgraded shaft which you requested would cost. As the clubs shaft did break a distance away from the hozel of the club head this is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault and as such a replacement shaft would be chargeable.

I am sorry that you feel the way you do however we have dealt with you in a way which is consistent for all customers.

Take care and have a good rest of the week.

ZERO RESPONSIBILITY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will not allow me to put 0 or a minus figure which is a shame because this company is dreadful.. do not buy from them. I’ve spent thousands on golf equipment over the years and the service from clubhouse is disgusting. Shaft in my new driver just snapped on impact with the ball, I agree a freak occurrence but clubhouse golf refused to exchange it, have done everything to dodge responsibility and I got a £200 bill on top.left a really bad taste.. Use Scottsdale, I had a problem previously and they just dealt with it immediately. Zero zero stars rogue company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have a problem with something they’ve sent you they are not interested..

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review and for bringing this issue to my attention.

I can see that you have been in correspondence with my Returns Manager over a period of a couple of weeks and that he has answered openly and honestly to all the questions you have asked. He has advised you that we are unable to supply a free of charge replacement as the shaft had snapped outside of the allowed distance from the Hozel of the club as per the warranty conditions provided by Taylor Made.
When we advised you of this you asked how much a replacement shaft would be and after advising us of your preference for an upgraded shaft we advised you of the cost of both replacement shafts which again were supplied by Taylor made. You decided against exploring these options. I do not feel like you have been ignored nor do I feel you have not been treated fairly. I am unsure as to the £200 cost you are suggesting in your review as neither replacement shaft would cost this sum the upgrade you asked for would be more than £200 and the standard like for like replacement would be considerably less. If we are able to support you any further please feel free to come back to the e mail trail you have been speaking to my Returns Manager on.

Take care and have a good rest of the week
