Long term landlord cutting ties with this organisation. They gave me a disgusting overestimate of refurbishment costs for the property as they were trying to price me out and encourage me to sell the house through them. No thought for the tenants, who are as much as a customer as myself. They practice poor behaviour and violate contractual agreements, sending people unnoticed to property and pinning blame on contractors when it is them who are responsible for organising the contractors and communicating with the tenants. Honestly they cause more trouble than they are worth and it is hard to see why their fees are so high when they do so little to actually manage the property and deal with tenant requests. Seem like a bunch of suit workers with 0 practical understanding of housing. They also fail to do regular checkups on property condition, especially when tenants switch over as their lazy attitude is to say they don't need to conduct new inventories as they are 'sharers' but this does not absolve them of responsibility. It makes it particular hard to track down liability for damages when sharers change over each year and they have no record of missing/damaged items, and the new sharers have proof of the condition themselves upon entry. It's a cow boy business, and the staff are quite frankly rude.

It is their attitude that is loosing them a long-time customer.
