Decline of claim for holiday cancellation when adoption of a child progressed.

Only claim I've ever submitted was declined due to small print loophole and inability to consider the wider context of my claim - cancelled holiday due to uncertainty of adopting a child.

Not much time spent learning how to…

Not much time spent learning how to answer questions. Unable to get feedback from tutor
Exam has too much emphasis on terminology & time pressure rather than determining what the student knows

The exams are set by the relevant examining authority, and will be a test of the theory and application of whichever certification you have been studying.
