The loveliest people!
My partner and I had permanent bracelets done for Christmas. It was a really lovely, fun experience. I recently needed the bracelet off for an MRI. They clipped it off and put it back on the next day free of charge. When you are going through a scary time, little gestures of kindness go a long way. They were so kind!
