after a comment I made to Sameer from…

after a comment I made to Sameer from specsavers Solihull. He said “come down to the store and say that to my face” I replied that I’m not in the midlands. To which he replied next time come in big man!! In effect offering me outside - which is interesting especially since I’m disabled - that’s going to look great on social media!!!

I would go anywhere else then…

I would go anywhere else then specsavers solihull!! Sameer is by far the worst customer service person I have ever come across. He was rude and abusive I wouldn’t treat a dog the way he treated me. I have subsequently cancelled my order, if I don’t get a refund I shall be taking things further!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Product doesn’t fit even though they…

Product doesn’t fit even though they say it “fully adjustable”. Vitavixs response is to buy Velcro. Which means that they are fully aware of this issue. Raised a complaint and they are now ignoring me!! There is nothing in spam/junk file and it’s been a week since I had a response. You advertise your product as “fully adjustable” if you are suggesting customers use extra Velcro how is that “fully adjustable” moreover is that not miss advertising a product”? Regarding your customer service I have been speaking to Emily, may I say she has been as useful as a chocolate fire guard!! I purchased this item on 9th June and I want a FULL REFUND AND DONT SEE WHY I SHOULD BE FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I AM HAPPY TO PUT ALL MY INTERACTIONS WITH EMILY ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO SHOW HOW POOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!
