First purchase was in Feb '24, and this is my 7th purchase from Ring-Life and never disappointed. Blown away by the prices of these great quality vintage pieces. The variety of gold from 9ct to 18ct, plus an incredible number of different styles, and offered at amazing prices - there is something for everyone. Always dispatched quickly and customer service is great. Thanks Ring-Life - happy to be a repeat customer.

This was my first (and last) order with this so-called retailer and it's not possible to exaggerate the awful buying experience from this company. It's a UK based company - they charged me a flat rate of £7.45 for postage (there was no choice given and I didn't think anything of it at the time). I assumed this was being sent Next Day / Guaranteed delivery - 20 days later, I received the order. In that time, I sent 2 x emails querying whether the order had been shipped - no response. I then read their shipping info on their website - they sneakily don't tell you delivery times and just list Royal Mail pricing which is pointless. I spent £155 for a sample of Black Tie by Celine (having had it before), and a couple of small samples. What I got was a very nasty / sickly beast mode, cheap smelling fragrance. I contacted them via their chat on their website - "Mia" said she would check their CCTV (really?) and then said I was confused with 'the concept'. What legit seller would tell you that unless they were gas-lighting you and have no intention of resolving the problem.
